Access to Dana J Dykhouse Stadium
All general gates will open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Premium seating areas and Club 71 opens two (2) hours prior to kickoff. Fans are encouraged to enter the stadium early to avoid missing any of the game. All non-student ticket holders may enter any gate at the stadium. All SDSU students must present valid ID at the student gate located in the southwest corner of the stadium. Premium seat holders should enter through the PREMIER Entrance located in the center of the west side. This entrance is directly adjacent to the VIP parking lot.
Once you have entered Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium, you will not be permitted to exit the stadium and re-enter using the same ticket. A new ticket must be purchased to re-enter the stadium (see gate security personnel for exceptions). As a premium seat holder, you may enter the may stadium concourse by receiving a ticket voucher from workers at the entry/exit to the main concourse of VIP elevator lobby.
Ticket Office Locations
There are three ticket offices at Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium. The main ticket office is located on the west side of Dana J. Dykhouse stadium near the south end of the concourse. Two satellite ticket offices are located in both the southeast and northwest corners of the stadium.
Ticket Office Hours
During the week, the Jackrabbit Athletics Ticket Office hours in Frost Arena are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. On football game days, the main football stadium ticket office on the west side of the stadium will open five hours prior to kickoff. Will Call is the main stadium ticket office. All other ticket offices at Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium will open 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
All orders placed within 7 days of an event will be held at will call. All customers picking up tickets at Will Call must present a valid photo ID. Will Call tickets should be claimed by the individual who placed the order. Any exceptions to this policy must be arranged with the Jackrabbit Ticket Office in advance of the day of the event. The Will Call window is located at the main ticket office on the west side of the Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium toward the south end.
Football player pass list will be at the main west gate. All other pass lists (cheer/dance, game day personnel, etc. will be at the northwest gate. Everyone on a pass list will need to present a photo ID and sign for their tickets.

Lost Ticket Policy
If tickets are lost, stolen or misplaced, contact the Jackrabbit Ticket Office at 1-866-GoJacks prior to the day of the game. Re-issued tickets may only be claimed by the account holder upon showing valid photo ID. Ticket issues on game day will be handled by any of the three ticket offices at the stadium.
All single game tickets ordered from the Jackrabbit Ticket Office are non-refundable.
Who needs a ticket?
Children who are under 2 years of age do not need a ticket. Anyone 3 years of age and older will need a ticket.
Field Access During and After Game
SDSU Athletics asks that all patrons without proper credentials refrain from entering the field level at any time. Violators will be subject to arrest and prosecution.
At the conclusion of the game, spectators wishing to enter the field must wait until both teams and officials have cleared the field. Game management personnel will determine when spectators are allowed to access the field.
• No outside food or drinks are allowed except for medical purposes.
• No animals, except service animals
• No laser pointers
• No weapons
• No strollers, umbrellas, noise-making devices, drones, fireworks, tobacco products, smoking and smokeless tobacco.
• No balls
• No large bags or backpacks. Drawstring bags and small bags/purses allowed, but all bags and/or fans are subject to search.
• All flags or signs must be pre-authorized by SDSU Athletics. Any authorized flags or signs can NOT be on a pole or hung in a fixed location at the stadium.
All SDSU Athletic Facilities are tobacco free. Prohibited tobacco items from Dana J. Dykhouse stadium include: cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, chewing/smokeless tobacco, snuff/snus, pipes, water pipes, bidis and kraters.
No alcohol will be allowed in general concourse or seating areas. No outside alcohol, beverage or food may be brought into the stadium
SDSU game management and University Police Department personnel reserves the right to remove any fans that are disobey any stadium policies or present a safety risk.

There are three ATMs located in Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium.
• Main west concourse inside under section 104
• East concourse under section 118
• VIP elevator lobby
Game Programs are sold inside each gate throughout the concourse, and in Club 71 for premium ticket holders
Permanent restroom facilities are located throughout the east, south and west concourses. Family restrooms are also located throughout the stadium. Lactation rooms are available in the 1st aid locations (north side of west concourse and middle of east concourse) and at Club level.
All games will be on the Jackrabbit Sports Network and pregame will begin 60 minutes prior to kickoff. Selected games inside Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium will be on TV. Visit gojacks.com for season TV schedule.
Media will be able to access stadium 3 hours prior to kickoff. Credentials and parking passes requests may be made through SDSU Sports Information office by contacting Jason.Hove@sdstate.edu
Parking for disabled guests in vehicles displaying properly authorized license plate or hang tags is available. Accessible parking can be found on both the east and west sides of the stadium.
Lost and Found
Items are kept at the main ticket office located on the west side of the stadium towards the south end. Following the game, found items (other than clothing) will be delivered to University Police. Please call 605-688-5117.
Parents/guardians with a lost child should contact the nearest police officer or event staff member. That person will then contact the proper personnel to insure the quickest remedy to the situation.
There are two First Aid stations at the stadium
• Under section 120 in the east concourse
• Behind section 101 in the west concourse
